My daughter Paige has been busy knitting for baby as well.
Her first projects were a couple pair of booties. Since we choose to not find out what we're having until birth, everything has to either be gender neutral in the beginning, or we make one of each. She chose to do one of each. As we were going through baby boxes, we found that we already have a pair of blue booties that were saved from Nathan, so the blue ones below will be given to our cousins baby boy, due about a week after ours.

After the booties, she wanted to make a lovey.
This sweet bunny is SO soft, and super snuggly!
It was our first time trying embroidery, but I think it turned out pretty well. The head was stuffed with fleece, so that there is no worry about loose stuffing and choking babies.
She also plans to make, and try to sell some in pink, blue, green, and the yellow. They may or may not be listed on AK as they are completed, so if you know of anyone looking for an all natural, handmade snuggly for a baby gift, let us know!
